These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Publite (publite.io), operated by Spikelab Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Publite.
The service
Publite provides tools for Amazon KDP self-publishers, including a book finder, advertising management, royalty tracking, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed annually in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Intellectual property
All content, software, and trademarks on Publite are the property of Spikelab Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of warranties
Publite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data provided (including book market data and advertising estimates) will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spikelab Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
